WASHINGTON, DC – International Space Brokers (ISB), the world’s leading specialist space insurance broker, today announced a new management structure. ISB is part of Benfield Corporate Risk, the corporate insurance and risk intermediary.
The following appointments have been made with immediate effect:
Thierry Mangot has been appointed Chairman of the Board of ISB, Inc. Mr. Mangot was instrumental in the foundation of ISB in 1991 and has been the Chairman and CEO of ISB France since that time. Mr Mangot commented, “I am pleased and honoured by this appointment, and I intend to pursue the development of ISB based on the values which contributed to its success since its foundation in 1991."
Jeffrey Poliseno has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of ISB, Inc. Mr. Poliseno joined ISB’s Washington office as an Executive Vice President in November 2004 and has also served as Chief Operating Officer of ISB, Inc. since January 2007. Mr Poliseno commented, “I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to promote ISB within the space insurance marketplace and to ensure client satisfaction remains our number one priority.”
Clive Smith and Tim Wakeman, both Executive Vice Presidents based in ISB’s London office, have been appointed to the ISB Board of Directors.
Stephen Leonard will continue in his role as a Director of ISB and Secretary to the Board and John Cozzi will also remain as a Director.
