These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") shall govern the provision of Services (as set out in Appendix A to these Terms and Conditions) by Benfield Limited of 55 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 3BD ("Benfield", "we", "our" or "us") to its customers ("you" or "your") in relation to the supply of intermediary services in relation to Contracts (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the provision of Services (as set out in Appendix A to these Terms and Conditions) by Benfield (South Africa) (Pty) Limited of The Galaxy, Suite No 5, 11 Eton Road, Parktown, Johannesburg (“Benfield”, “we”, “our” or “us”) to its customers (“you” or “your”) in relation to the supply of intermediary services in relation to Contracts (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).
